2. Lessons

Students will sign up for weekly half-hour lessons, with opportunities to attend additional enrichment classes. Computer time may be added at the beginning or end of the lesson to aid in learning.

Makeup lessons will not be given, except in the case of teacher absence. If you must miss a lesson (for any reason), please contact your teacher and/or the school at 692-5893.  Once you have reserved a lesson time, you are responsible for the full semester tuition.

Breaks are scheduled for holidays, check the current calendar.

3. Tuition & Books

Tuition for each semester is based on 15 lessons, to which South Dakota sales tax of 6.2% will be added.  Payments are due by the first lesson of the semester. You may opt for monthly payments by signing up for ACH.  Or, pay half at the beginning and the rest at the mid-way point.  Books are not included in the tuition and are billed separately.

4. Other Information

Throughout the school year, performance opportunities that arise are included in the tuition, unless an outside agency charges a participation fee.  For example: Studio and BMTA Recitals are free for students, while the Carnival and Spring Piano Festival have fees paid to the sponsoring organization. Those fees are paid by students’ families.
